Standard License Agreement for STEPPE VR LTD Prefab Assets

This Standard License Agreement ("Agreement") is between STEPPE VR LTD ("We," "Us," or "Our") and you ("You," "Your") and governs your use of the purchased prefab asset ("Asset"). This Agreement provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Asset.

1. Permitted Uses

 - You are permitted to incorporate the Asset, along with any modifications thereof, within any virtual world you create, in any manner you deem fit. This is under the condition that such a world is exclusively uploaded onto platforms akin to VRChat, and the Unity package for said world is not disseminated in any form.

 - You may utilize the Asset for commercial endeavors.

2. Prohibited Uses

 - You are explicitly prohibited from circulating the Asset, or any modifications thereof, with the exception of uploading it onto platforms akin to VRChat.

 - You are not allowed to remove, hide, or otherwise obscure the credit notice from the Asset.

By purchasing and using the Asset under this Agreement, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase or use the Asset under the standard license.

Commercial Sale License Agreement for STEPPE VR LTD Prefab Assets

This Commercial Sale License Agreement ("Agreement") is between STEPPE VR LTD ("We," "Us," or "Our") and you ("You," "Your") and governs your use of the purchased prefab asset ("Asset"). This Agreement provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license and encompasses the standard license restrictions unless otherwise stated in the terms of this Agreement.

1. Permitted Uses  

- You are permitted to incorporate the Asset within virtual assets (such as VRChat worlds, Unity projects) that you sell, provided the Asset is substantially additive (i.e., it does not merely repurpose or alter our Asset). 

- You may employ the Asset, along with any modifications thereof, in any manner you deem fit, provided that such usage is confined within a world you create and this world is exclusively uploaded onto platforms akin to VRChat. 

 - You may utilize the Asset for commercial endeavors.

2. Usage Restrictions for End-Purchasers  

- The end-purchaser of your asset must adhere to the same usage restrictions as set forth in the Standard License Agreement of STEPPE VR LTD. These restrictions include, but are not limited to, non-dissemination of the Unity package for any world they create using the Asset, non-removal of credit notices from the Asset, and non-circulation of the Asset outside of platforms akin to VRChat.

3. Prohibited Uses  

- You are explicitly prohibited from circulating the Asset, or any modifications thereof, with the exception of uploading it onto platforms akin to VRChat and any other exemptions detailed in the Permitted Uses section of this agreement.

  - You are not allowed to remove, hide, or otherwise obscure the credit notice from the Asset.

By purchasing and using the Asset under this Agreement, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase or use the Asset under the commercial sale license..
